Harriet has a deep love of body movement and a creative approach to yoga, with strong graceful sequencing encouraging body and mind to flow and connect.

Coming from a creative background in fashion photography, Harriet first came to yoga for both mental and physical benefits. It didn't take long until she noticed those benefits in her life. Harriet has completed a 200HR TT yoga teacher training in India and has also completed a 50hr Yin TT with The Yoga People.

Harriet also loves to practise POP Pilates and see's huge improvements in her strength since practising along side her yoga. She has just recently qualified as a POP Pilates instructor and absolutely loves teaching it. The POP Pilates classes she teaches will leave you feeling uplifted and alive. This full body work out routine is not only fun due to the funky music and movement but also ab-chiseling! You will definitely feel the benefits the next day.

I plan my private classes around each individual to their body and needs. Sessions are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Contact me directly to book in for a home visit, prices vary.
