I have been practising yoga for 5 years and teaching for 2 years. I began my yoga journey as a teacher in 2017 where I went to India to do my 200hr training with Turiya Yoga School in Goa. I originally trained in vinyasa yoga and have done further trainings in meditation mindfulness and Yin yoga with The Yoga People based in London.

Why is Yoga important to me?

Whilst struggling with depression and anxiety in my early 20’s I found yoga was the only thing that helped me through that part of my life. When I first moved to London I found myself facing certain issues from my childhood that I had suppressed for a very long time. I began having panic attacks and struggled with daily tasks. Yoga opened my mind and helped me let go of the things that happened from the past and allowed me to move on with my life. I decided to become a yoga teacher to help others that may be going through similar situations, as I know yoga helped me feel more happier, whole and connected with life.

I plan my private classes around each individual to their body and needs. Sessions are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Contact me directly to book in for a home visit, prices vary.
